The hotel was nice and clean. Great and friendly staff that took care of our needs. The room was clean, with all the amenities that I needed like clean towels, and bed sheets, little coffee maker for coffee in the morning which was great. I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was quiet at night, sleep like a baby, and in the morning the breakfast room had everything I needed to start my day. It was a great location for our needs, with restaurants and gas stations close by. Will stay again in the future. Two thumbs up.

2 minutes off highway. entrance can be a little hard to find at night. Very comfortable bed. Quiet rooms and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels Ive stayed at. We will stay there again.

Pros: Great location close to the interstate and anything you need. Air conditioning worked great. Shower stayed nice and hot. Bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Thin walls. Outside property appeared run down. Iron bolted to ironing board. Overall nothing fancy, but had everything we needed.

The hotel is very run down. The bathroom is super tiny and the shower had only one temperature scalding hot. One bed was so squeaky and lumpy and was almost on the floor when you seat on it. Ac didn't work at all. Breakfast was average. Won't stay again. Way over priced for what it was. Front desk lady was very nice at check in.

We got this room after having 2 horrible experiences. The selling point was the heated indoor pool, which was unfortunately closed when we got there. The toilet was leaking at the base every time we flushed. The staff were excellent and we got a good night's sleep. I would recommend if you just need someplace clean and safe to stay overnight.

There a smell in this entire building. It’s very outdated. We had a room booked for months, and when we got here the hotel was doing maintenance on the room right next to us. Drilling in the wall above our headboards. Incredibly loud. My question is why would you book someone for a room next to construction? Where was the planning here? Very unprofessional. I’m surprised the ratings were so high. The bathroom, rooms, bedding, was incredibly outdated. Uncomfortable. The pool was closed when we got here. The elevators give off American Horror Story vibes. The waffles were good though.

We checked in around 2 am and the room had a mildew smell. We were exhausted so we went straight to bed. The next morning we noticed the toilet was leaking, there was mold on the bathroom walls, peeling paint everywhere in the room, and the shower wouldn’t drain. We requested a new room and the lady at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. We got a new room across the hall from the original room. While this room was better, it wasn’t by much. There was still peeling paint everywhere and baseboards were coming off of the wall. The counter was dirty and there was hair in the shower and all over the back of the toilet. The room smelled better than the first one but still smelled damp. There was leftover food in the freezer and there was an empty mini liquor bottle on the floor by the dresser. Unfortunately every other hotel nearby was sold out of the kind of room we needed otherwise we would’ve gone somewhere else.

Comfort Inn on a whole was ok. No major bugs, the pool is small but the water was warm. The bathroom was so small you can’t turn around in it. When we arrived there was only one person working, she was very nice. The beds were lumpy. No breakfast as advertised.
